The North Canopy Building project is a warehouse-expansion and enclosure at the Central California Food Bank campus. It converts a former open packing canopy into a conditioned, fully sprinklered S-2 facility with ancillary offices and training space on a new mezzanine. Work includes new structural framing, MEP systems, finishes, and site tie-ins to support the Food Bank’s ongoing operations.
